WELLINGTON, Monday.

At a meeting of stewards of the Wellington Racing Club to-night the sub-committee appointed to consider the ease of J. McI ..a 11 Kill in. licensed jockey, who was on the trotting unpaid forfeit list, reported that it wii.-; unable to lind any rale which countenanced reciprocity between racing and trotting clubs. Under these circumstances the committee decided it could not place MeLaujrhlin 011 the forfeit list. C. Taylor was suspended. The jockey appeared in person and asked for reinstatement, but the application was declined.
