THE CABLE QUESTION

LONDON, March 4,
The Pacific Cable Board resolved that, the New South Wales agreement with the Eastern Extension Cable Company is prejudicial to the Pacific cable, and advised a conference of the Governments concerned to discuss the matter. The Victorian Agent-General voted for the resolution, and Mr. Copeland against it.
