TURKEY AND BULGARIA
CONSTANTINOPLE, March 3
The Bulgarian Radicals, who are coquetting with the Macedonian agitation, induced Russia to urge the Sultan to take severe measure for its repression. The concentration of Turkish troops at Kostendil was the result of the request.
