WELLINGTON, this day. A return of the quantity and value of gold and silver exported during February from .Auckland is as foi- v lows:— Gold: loJMozs, -valued at £si,4a<. kelson, £1038; Westport, 4,5150; Greymouth, £54,044; "Dunedin, £01,----052; Invereargill, £3740: total, 53,404 ounces, valued at £304,261. Silver: Auckland, 48,8190z5, valued tit £5227. For February 1900 the totals were: Gold, £67,360; silver, £3459. The returns for January last were: Gold, £83.(399; silver. i-39?6.
