Teams from the following brigades also competed: — Onehunga. 2s. penalty, 52 l-55.; Thames, 40 I-55.: Karangnhake. 2s. penalty, -12 2-.">s.; Waitekauri, 43 2-55.; Devonport, Ss. penalty, 57 3-55.; Eden Terrace, -10 t-.">s.; Gisboj-ne, 405.; Parnell, 2s. penally, I- 4-55.: Mount Eden. 10 2-ss. Tho weather is line to-day tor ilw, continuation of I lie brigades' competitions. The hose, hydrant and union competition for five men resulted: Spit, 1: Hastings, :.': Timaru, and Kurilpiini (equal),:). Timaru and Kurupuni competed again, with the result that Timaru won in .'i'.Hec, Kurupuni 4<)set\ Ahtrm and disabled hose competition, live men: Creymonth. 57 2-ssee, 1: Spit, 57 :|-.")see. :.': Caversham, Glsec, :i. A protest re Caversham was disallowed.
