ANGLICAN SYNOD.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.). NAPIER, this day. The Anglican General Synod opens on Tuesday afternoon, as originally fixed, the Primate objecting to postponement, as many delegates were already on their way to Napier when the news of the Queen's death was received. A church parade of volunteers will be held at the Cathedral to-morrow, when the Primate will preach.
