THE COUNTESS.

Tke steamer Countess was towed up from the Thames on Saturday night to have her boiler lifted in by the crane at the end of the Queen-street Wharf. The work was completed to-day, and the vessel will return to the Thames to-night to have the fitting of her engines completed. Messrs Logan hope to have the vessel ready for sea by the 20th inst.
