The. Greta Colliery is on fire
Five men. named' Brick, Friller, Hislop, John Crowell, and Frederick Crowell, are entombed. The rescuers were driven back by the heat and smoke, and hope is,abandoned. . LATER. AU attempts, to rescue the entombed men having failed, and as the fire is spreading- rapidly, the colliery has been, closed down.
