The Plymouth steamer llossgnll, during 1 a thick and stormy night, was wrecked near Corbiere, Jersey.
The passengers were saved, but the captain of the vessel and eight of the crew are missing-.
[The Uossgull was a small steel screw steamer of 23S tons gross register. She was built in ISS4 by A. McArthur and C 0.,. of Paisley," for the Ang-10-French S.C. Co., being- registered at Plymouth. She was employed in the trade between Plymouth and the coast of France. The vessel was classified 100 Al at Lloyds.]
