SHOCKING- OCCURRENCE IN CHRISTCHURCH.

CHRISTCHURCH, this day.
An old man named Leith, 70 years Old,'' met with' a,, shocking death in Salisbury-street this morning. He was dragged by a horse along the metalled road, some distance, face downwards, 'Until the whole of his features were torn. His knees and aims were also furrowed up. He was dead when found. An inquest will be held.
