Marquis of Salisbury was passed at a bid of 65 guineas, and the. bay stallion Young Elgin Ml to the nod- of Mr A Jamieson, of Pukekohe, at £16 10b, A four-year-old mare was knocked down to the bid of Mr A. Drake for £23.
