Thorpe, plaint for forfeiture of n residence site at Waihi South. The plaint was dismissed, and defendant ordered to pay costs, £3 '.)/. John Smeaton v. V. Hurley, plaint for forfeiture of residence site, comprising one acre at Waihi. Half the site was forfeited; no costs allowed.
