WELLINGTON, this day.
Notice appears in the Gazette stating that proclamation was made by the Queen on December S7th warning persons against aiding the South African Dutch Republics in hostilities and against trading, with them, and, there being reason to believe. that-some'Ot the terms of.this proclamation have been, or may be, infringed in New Zealand, the Governor has again drawm special attention to the proclamation, which is of general application to British subjects all the world over, and also to foreign residents in any part of the Queen's dominions.
