PAEROA.
\t the Paeroa Police Court on Friday, befoU^S™ Colclough andFmtt, Justi^ps T C Stevenson was cliargeu wiui tha theft of two boards, the property of Drl Smith and Forbes. After bearing considerable evidence, which showed that the boards were removed from Fraser s chemist's shop at Karangahake to Stevenson's shop at the request of Dr. Smith, the caso was dismissed. I understand it is the intention of the defendant to take further proceedings, claiming damages. Mr Porritt appeared for Fraser and Mr Moss for Stevenson.
