HAURAKI NO. 2.
(By Tolograph.-Own^ Correspondent.).
COROMANDEL, this day.
In the Hauraki No. 2 the reef averages eight inches, and the rise has been carried up a further distance of about five feet, which leaves about eight feet of reef to be stripped. -The breaking- down to-day gave most encouraging prospects, the stone being heavily mineralised. By pounding rich prospects of coarse gold were obtained.
