INVALIDED NEW ZEALANDERS.
A SYDNEY ENTERTAINMENT,
SYDNEY, June 4,
The New Zealand and a number of the New South Wales invalided sold-iers-were entertained at dinner by the New Zealanders in Sydney. There was a large company present, the proceeding's being enthusiastic. A suggestion was favourably received for an annual reunion of New Zealanders. Subsequently the invalided soldiers were included' in a theatre party arranged in conjunction with Mr Bland Holt's performance.
WELLINGTON, Monday
The Hon. J. G. Ward received a cable from Melbourne stating that Private Tavlor, of New Zealand, in the hospital* there, is progressing satisfactorily.
