Sir,—"lndia's" letter in your last issue is no doubt written with a strong feeling of jealousy. Perhaps "India" is one of our male medicos who did not offer his services for the ciise, plague or no plague, line our gallant lady medico, who has isolated herself from her friends and the outside world for the benefit of the one little sufferer. Whether with practical or theoretical experience the little patient is progressing first-class under "her charge, and instead of slurs. I and many others of ''India's'' fellnw-i'iti-zens consider that our lady vliffJieo" is entitled to great praise ' ' Jut bravery, and there is no dot. she will get all that is due to her.-•! am etc : THE FATHER OF THE BOY.
