The usual monthly crushing of the Tararu Creek Company is proceeding at the company's plant. I understand that an improved class of ore is being met with at the mine. • -' IRON CAP. -" ■ A start has been made to break out ore from the reef at the low' level in the Iron Cap for crushing. The New Alburnia mill has been engaged tc treat the quartz and arrangements are being made for the tram .7 of the ore from the mine to the battery. At first only a trial parcel will.be put through, but if the ore is found payable a larger quantity will be treated. ' '■■. ■
