What is the ' use of the City Council taking niea&g ures to clean the city one side of the' | road if the Grey Lynn Council alloWa : the drainage from over 600 houses on-If the Surrey Hills to De dammed up;; with dogs gradually rotting in thesun. Let the Health Officer, Dr. King, ■ go at once and inspect this reeking; fever-creating nuisance before wehave bubonic plague in^its worst form - in our midst. Urine, house slops, etc.; ■ - dammed up is not conducive to the ' health of any community.—l am, etc;,-.
