PICNIC AT WHITFORD PARK.

The employees of Messrs L. D. Nathan and Co.'s establishment held their annua! picnic at Whitford Park on Saturday last. Three five-horse brakes conveyed the pleasure-seekers to the farm. Cumming, syds, 3. 200 Yds Tea Boys' Race: W. Brown, 2yds, 1; J. Duffin, Byds, 2; F. Booth, scratch, 3. IOOYds Small Boys' Race: T. Kearney, 10yds, 1; Gibbs, 18yds, 2; T. Duffin, scratch, 3. 150 Yds Farmhands' Pace: F. Selbv, syds, 1; A, White, Syds, 2; 11. Wilson, scratch, 3. Ladies' Race, 75yds: Miss Burrows, 1; Miss E. Thompson, 2. Old Buffers' Race: J.
