RIOTING AT SCARBOROUGH. LONDON, March'l3. • The- military suppressed a riot at Scarborough, arising out of a pro-Boer meeting held by Cronwright Schreiner, and Joshua Rountree. Schreiner was mobbed. The- remaining British militia are to be embodied for service during the month of May. Consols stand at 111 _-. ■
