WELLINGTON NOTES.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Monday. The committee of the Rough Riders has £55110 in hand, which is £270 short of what is required to cover all 'expenses, including some extra horses. it is expected that the departure of the men for Dunedin next Saturday will be only of a formal character.
