KAURI GUM MARKET.

Business in the kauri gum market has continued steady during the past week. Good grades still continued in strong demand, and even poor stuff moved off more freely. Supplies of gum of all grades for the month of February totalled 891 tons, and for the seven days of March amount to 345 tons. Tlie Waimate takes away about 2000 cases of gum for London, and the Clan McLeod is nearly loaded for New York.
