N.Z. CROWN RETURN.

£6,294 FOR THE MONTH. During the past month 2,874 tons of ore were treated by the N.Z. Crown Mines Company for a return of bullion valued at £6,294. Evidently the average value per ton of the ore was not quite so good this time, as last month when only six tons more of ore were treated, the bullion won was worth £7,045. Notwithstanding this however,' the return is a very satisfactory one, being the third best during the present "year. The improvement is best shown when compared with the return reported in September when 3058 tons of ore yielded £6133. The total output from the Crown nvines has now reached £257,293, as will be/ shown by the tables appended. BULLION WON.
