HARBOUR VIEW.
The half-yearly meeting of shareholders in the Harbour View G.M. Co., convened for yesterday, lapsed. The accounts showed'receipts £265 17/2, and the expenditure left a credit balance of £170 10/3. MT. LYELL. The directors of the Mount Lyell Company (Tasmania) have received a communication by cable from New York offering to take the company's output of copper for a fixed term at an advance on the rate at present ruling.
