WAITEMATA COUNCIL
The ordinary meeting of the Waifemata County Council Avas held today at the office of the clerk (Air O. Alays), Palmerston Buildings. Air O.'Xeill presided. The amount of business on the order-paper Avas smaller than usual. The following tenders were accepted: — For forming 30 chains BrooKlyn-Htua Road,. E. T. Pugh, £19 15/; forming SO chains Taupaki West Road, G. Barnes, C/ per chain; forming 29 chains Parr's Road, Waikumete, E. J. Shaw, £36 15/. Several minor matters in connection with roads were brought tinder the notice of the Council.
