A HARD CASE.

WELLINGTON, this day
Mrs Lloyd, wife of a fireman on the Te Koa, is left absolutely destitute with two children. She had only been out from England a few months, and. fell on hard times. Since her husband's departure, the poor woman has been living on charitable doles. A public subscription is to be raised for her benefit.
