(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) COROMANDEL, this day. The bazaar held in aid of the Convent Building Fund closed on Saturday night after a most successful week, the sum of £123 being- realised, which is most gratifying considering the inclement weather. i An important find of coal was made 'by Mr Harry Plummer on Crown land :at Cabbage Bay. The seam is well defined and of good proportions. A syndicate has been formed and applications made for the right to mine i over a considerable area.
