PARNELL.
Five nominations for the three vacancies in the Parnell Borough Council were received to-day, so there will be an election, which is to take place at the Council Chambers on Thursday, 14th September, between the hours of 9 a.m. and G p.m. The following are the names of the candidates nominated to-day: —Mr Charles John Brook, nominated by Alfred Brett and Arthur Lee; Mr George Cozens, nominated by Hugh Campbell and 11. C. Tewsley; Mr John Fitt, nominated by Mr James Martin and Theo. Kissling; Mr James Slator. nominated by John Savage and W. C. Griffiths; Mr H. C. Tewsley, nominated by F. G. Knight and M. J. Guv.
