The case Peter Maxwell v. T. D. Dunlop for an alleged partnership account, arranged for to-morrow, will probably be adjourned for a fortnight. A fire in Totara. Valley last night destroyed a barn and haystack the property of Mr Hales, leased by G. Tregthowen.
