Walkato.—The late Hon. James White ■won two Melbourne Cups, four V.R.C. and four A.J.C. Derbies, four Maribyrnong Plates, two Australian Cups, two Champions, the Normanby Stakes, and a host of other less important events. This is a record unapproached by any other Australian owner.
