MIDLAND RAILWAY DEBENTURES.
LONDON, April 12.
Mr W. P. Beeves, Agent-General for New Zealand, in a letter to the 'Times' with reference to the. Midland Railway debenture, holders' petition, says he does not believe the London Stock Exchange will perpetrate the grave .injustice of intervening while the appeal is pending.
