Northcote and Mayfield cricket teams played an all-day match at Mayfield on Good Friday, with the following result: —Mayfield, 54 and 57; Northcote, 23 and 53. Mayfield therefore were winners by 35 runs after a. most enjoyable day's play. Chief scores were, for Mayfield, W. Downing 29, J. Crooks 12, and I 1 Hayman 10; and for Northcote, W. Brooking 26.
