KAURI GUM MARKET.
AUCKLAND, Thursday
The kauri gum market shows little alteration upon the position as reported last week. Large shipments of guru, were despatched by the Mararoa on Monday for London, and more vvould have been sent had space been available. The large proportion of the gum sent in continues of very lowgrade. Supplies of gum of all grades for the month already total 10S1 tons. Prices are as follows: — Poor ordinary £35 to £42 Fair ordinary , £45 to £50 Good ordinary £52 to £62 Superior ordinary. £70 to £80 East Coast £71 to £73 »»scraped £ 110 up
