JUBILEE INSTITUTE FOR THE BLIND.

During tlie morning Mr F. Lawrv, M.H.R./ introduced Mr J. Abbott to the Premier. Mr Abbott asked when the £500 passed by Parliament for the building fund of the Jubilee Institute for the Blind would be available. The Premier said he would wire to the Minister for Education and ascertain the position. He also promised if the library grant for the Institute was allocated it would be forwarded forthwith.
