AFFAIRS IN CHINA.
PEKIN, March 6,
China had refused the Italian deinaiu!& iv. regard to Sayun Bay before Britain's note in support was received. It is, however, expected that Italy will occupy the points desired \viihcul opposition. China has replied to Russia tliat the arrangements regarding the Kmehwang loan do not conflict with the assurances M. Pavloff, the Russian Minister at Pekin, received in August last.
