HAWKE'S BAY V. WELLINGTON.
WELLINGTON, Tuesday-
The annual interprovincial match between Hawke's Bay and Wellington w^s played on the Basin Reserve to-day, and as play had to be confined to one day, resulted in. a draw. :The wicket had suffered considerably from the effects of the heavy rain, and was very dead.
