LONDON, December 22. Mr Dillon, in the course of an interview with a representative of the 'Pall Mall Gazette,' declared that MiWilliam O'Brien's New United Irish League is organising a land war, advocating compulsory sale, the enlargement of holdings in congested districts, and the division of the great grazing lands.
