In connection with the finding of ; the body of a newly born child among refuse at the sewage farm on November '24th, Albert Fryer, father of the mother of the child, was brought up at the Police Court this morning and charged with disposing- of the body, with the intention1 of concealing its birth., and was remanded. Thtf.Rev.W. Morley, the well known Wesleyan clergyman, lias received the honorary degree of Doctor of Divinity from the Binary and Henry University of Virginia. Mr H. T. Wadrell. an old identity and for many years proprietor of the .Market Hotel," died yesterday; aged 72 years.
