The Premier returned to Wellington at twelve last night in the Tutanekai. -Ministers have been in Cabinet all the forenoon and will sit again during the^ afternoon. Up till 2 o'clock the subje.ct under consideration had not been disposed of.

_Mr Andrew Collins, labour organiser for the Libefai- party, was welcomed back last night from a visit to the Old Country., The Minister of Education occupied the chair, and the Minister of Justice also was present. In the course of his remarks Mr Collins said that labour had much to be thankful for in this colony, and that' New Zealand was a. hundred years in advance of the Old Country.
