O Jn Chambers this morning Mr Kenny, °-M.,gave a rather important judgment. i widow was sued on a judgment summons and h er on i y mea ns consisted of money Kovided Wher late husband's life lnsurance policy. This money was in the hands 9 £ the public trustee to administer as executor. The question was whether this '^ey, .being the proceeds of a life insurpolicy, could be used by the public Wee. to meet the claim of . judgment "editors.
