WELLINGTON, this day. The general manager of the National Hank of New Zealand has received a cable message from London, to the effect that the directors have declared tlio usual dividend of live per cent., and a bonus of one per cent., making six per cent, for the year. £10,000 is added to the reserve fund, and £5,000 is written off the premises account, leaving a balance of £4,200, reserved profit, to be carried forward to next year. Tho meeting takes place on July sth. '
