A first; meeting of credilorH of Walter Gill, builder, was held yesterday morning, the Ollicial' Assignee presiding. After discussion it was resolved on the motion of Mr Herbert, seconded by Mr licndell, 'That supervisors be appointed to assist the Official Assignee in realising the estate, with power to take such action as they may deem necessary to recover 'the Parne.ll property, and if deemed wise after investigation report to the creditors if any action can be taken aga.in.sl, the debtor under the penal clauses of the Bankruptcy Act.'
