There appears to be no lack of volunteers in the United States. Seven hundred thousand Americans have volunteered their services to fight against Spain, including' the wellknown pugilists Kitzsiinmons (who hails from Tiinaru, New Zealand), .John L. Sullivan and James Corbett.
