WESLEYAN CONFERENCE.

DUNEDIN, this day

At the Wesleyan Conference G. Hbwell, D. A. N. Scotter, and M. H. Gilmour were accepted as candidates for tlie ministry. It was reported that the Queensland Conference had accepted Rev. L. Hudson as substitute for Rev. Luxford. The General Secretary Superintendent of Christchurch (Durham-street), Sydenham, aud St. Albans circuits, with Messrs Harris, England, G. H. Blackwell and G. Borrow, were appointed a Church Building and Loan Funds Committee. Tlie General Secretary and W. Harris were elected Treasurers for tlie year. Thanks were given to Revs. Dewsbury and Buddie, and they were reappointed Treasurers of the Superannuation Fund.
