By-law Cases. —Albert Harris was charged with leaving his cab unattended in the city. Mr W. J. Napior defended Harris.—The case was dismissed.—Edward Hogan was fined 5s and costs for wilful misbehaviour while in charge of a cab by which an obstruction was caused. —Charles Zaney was lined os and costs for acting as driver of a cab Avithout being the holder of the necessary license.
