Drunkenness. —Two first offenders were cautioned and discharged, one being ordered to pay 2s Gd cab hire. Discharged.—Thomas Olson and John Campbell were charged with having beenfound by night on the premises of David Goldie in Little Queen-street. The accused were discharged.—A case against Thomas Edward Tyson, alias Clarkson, of theft from the person was dismissed. Cab-drivers.—Arthur Andrews was iined 5s and costs for leaving his cab unattended in Wakefield-street. Elizabeth Parker was charged with that she being the owner of a hackney carriage did employ one Charles Zaney as.driver thereof, such, person not being licensed so to act by the City Council.—A fine of 10s and costs was | indicted.
