Discharged.—Thomas Olson and John Campbell were charged with having beenfound by night on the premises of David Goldie in Little Queen-street. The accused were discharged.—A case against Thomas Edward Tyson, alias Clarkson, of theft from the person was dismissed. Cab-drivers.—Arthur Andrews was iined 5s and costs for leaving his cab unattended in Wakefield-street. Elizabeth Parker was charged with that she being the owner of a hackney carriage did employ one Charles Zaney as.driver thereof, such, person not being licensed so to act by the City Council.—A fine of 10s and costs was | indicted.
