GRAMMAR SCHOOL OLD BOYS' ASSOCIATION.
The annual general meeting of the Auckland College and Grammar School Old Boys' Association Avas held last evening and was well attended, Mr H. A. Keesing, the President, being in the chair. The annual report and balance-sheet were adopted, the latter showing the total funds of the Association to amount to £123 18s lid. Various alterations of the rules recommended by the Committee Avere adopted and the following officers were elected for the coming year : —Patron, Sir George Grey, K.C.B. (re-elected); President, Mr N. L. Holm Biss; Vice-presi-dents, Messrs H. A. Keesing and E. E. Vaile ; secretary, Mr J. C. Webster; treasurer, Mr A."Peak ; committee, Dr. F. W. King and Messrs G. H. Plummer, J. A. Ansenne and W. F. Sloman ; auditors, Messrs C. H. Smith and C. Hay. At a special general meeting held subsequently it was resolved to register the Association under the provisions of " The Unclassified Societies Registration Act, 1895."
