THE ENGLISH CRICKETERS.
ADELAIDE, October 25.
The Mayor welcomed the English cricketers in the Town Hall. Mr Stoddart regretted Giffen's retirement, and said he hoped he would be induced to play in the test matches. The team began to practice this afternoon.
