CALCUTTA, October 25.

The enemy at Sempagha are being increased daily and have had frequent skirmishes with the British troops. De-. termined resistance on the. part of Tribesmen to the British advance is anticipated. Capt. John Graham Robinson, wing officer of the First Battalion of the Second Goorkhas, who led the Goorkhas across the exposed zone at Dargai, returned alone to bring up reinforcements. He war, mortally wounded while leading the attack, and has since succumbed to his injuries.
